"We would like to congratulate you. Your full paper “ BUILDING GROUPS DESIGN STRATEGIES IN HOT-HUMID CLIMATE: A DENSE RESIDENTIAL PLANNING IN BANDUNG, INDONESIA” has been accepted by the PLEA 2013 Scientific Committee to be presented at the conference as a poster. "
This announcement should be a good news for me, since i have passed out of 720 papers were submitted and only 162 papers were accepted, it is even only 22.5% who passed this selection. But then, the last sentence of announcement was told me, that my paper will ONLY a poster presentation.
Yes, somehow...have to be admitted. my paper is not that good _ _!
Last time before submission, I felt, i made many mistake for my simulation and the result wasn't like as i had expected, that time i just think....okay this is my first try to a very very prestigious conference in building science like PLEA. This is the biggest effort i ever made since i became a doctoral student last 2011.
But then, after announcement...still even it is accepted, but..as a poster presentation really.......and even my Sensei seems give me more a "hard judge". he said nothing about my paper :'(
For sure, it is more than a broken heart. fffhhhh never thought i'm goin such so sentimental like this.
Might be my Sensei is the most cool sensei ever, and i keep tellin me my self. Look who's talking now :D
I've done this kind of things to my students..hahaha...so it is about bad karma, U ARE, WHAT U'VE DONE!
Yap...i've been a heartless teacher _ _" Though...i've been a heartless for some students who cheated, involved in plagiarism but still this is a lesson, that to spread the knowledge is suppose to be full of righteousness.
Raised with full discipline, without any fault tolerance, somehow formed me into the person over-perfectionist, and very vulnerable with a mistake.
Instead of mourning my poster presentation, i suppose to focus on my journal submission
